How do I care for my Wellbeing Pod Mini?Updated 13 days ago
When you're not using your Wellbeing Pod Mini, we'd recommend keeping the empty Essential Oil bottle inside the Pod. When an Essential Oil bottle containing oil is inside the Pod, please always ensure your Wellbeing Pod Mini is kept upright.
To clean your Wellbeing Pod Mini, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Disconnect from power source
Step 2: Remove the nozzle
Step 3: Fill the bottle with 2/3 rubbing alcohol and run the diffuser for 1 hour
Step 4: Clean the nozzle with a soft cloth and allow to dry
Step 5: Always keep your Wellbeing Pod Mini clean and dry when not in use. Never leave stagnant oil inside the bottle for prolonged periods
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing an issue with your Wellbeing Pod, please use the simple troubleshooting guide that came with the pod or follow the below to help determine what may be causing this.
PROBLEM: Unable to remove nozzle
POSSIBLE CAUSE: The nozzle has been inserted into the pod without a bottle OR
The nozzle is not aligned to the indicator on the top of the pod
SOLUTION: Carefully use a toothpick or something similar and insert into the outlet hole on the top or bottom of the pod. You can then push or pull the nozzle out
PROBLEM: Pod will not switch on
POSSIBLE CAUSE: Battery insufficiently charged OR Touch panel is wet
SOLUTION: Recharge the unit as instructed. Keep the touch panel dry and avoid touching with wet hands.
PROBLEM: Essential oil leaking
POSSIBLE CAUSE: The pod has been overturned or on its side
SOLUTION: Clean the unit with rubbing alcohol and wipe dry
If you decide to remove your essential oil to use somewhere else, then make sure you pop your empty bottle in place beforehand as it can become a little tricky to get into otherwise. Don't worry, if you do put the lid back on without your Essential Oil bottle attached, you can use a small toothpick, or something similar, to gently lift if back out.
Please remove the essential oil from your Wellbeing Pod Mini and replace with the empty spacer bottle when travelling and not in use to prevent leakage.
Please note: The intensity and amount of mist may vary, but this is not unusual and should not be considered as a fault. Factors that may affect this include humidity, temperature and air currents etc.
