There has been no updates on my tracking since my order has been dispatched, what should I do?

My order is showing as delivered but I haven't received it?

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but this has not been received, we kindly ask that you check the below in the first instance:

My order has been returned to NEOM, what should I do?
